I help families accomplish this by thoroughly reviewing the type and extent of their assets and then recommending solutions to minimize and in some cases, elminate federal and state estate tax burdens as well as avoid the costs and hassle of probate. I also assist elderly clients in navigating the medicaid and medicare application process and represent potential guardians in establishing guardianships for elderly family members who can no longer handle their own affairs. Finally, I counsel clients in domestic relations matters, which includes everything from prenuptial agreements to complex divorces involving multi-million dollar marital estates.
